Cupping
Suction cups lift the skin and fascia to improve circulation and release tight areas.

- Tightness
- Athletes
- Back tension
What it is
Cupping places special cups on the skin to create gentle suction. The cups may stay in one spot or glide along a muscle with massage oil. The lift decompresses superficial tissue and can leave temporary circular marks that look like bruises but are usually painless.
How it works
Suction draws blood toward the surface and creates space in the layers of fascia under the skin. That can reduce the feeling of stuck or congested tissue and make movement feel freer afterward. Marks typically fade over several days as circulation normalizes.
Benefits
- Relieves tight, congested muscle areas
- May improve local blood flow and tissue mobility
- Useful for back, shoulders, and athletic recovery
- Can pair well with scraping or soft-tissue work
- Often feels relaxing during and after treatment
After your treatment
Simple guidelines to help your body settle and recover.
- Circular marks are normal and usually fade in 3–7 days
- Keep the area warm; avoid cold drafts right after
- Skip intense heat (hot tubs, saunas) for 24 hours
- Drink water and rest if you feel tired afterward
- Do not scrub or aggressively massage marked skin
